Information We Collect

Information you provide: contact details (name, email), intake questionnaire responses, and—only if you choose to submit them—genetic (DNA) data, lab results, and health and lifestyle metrics.
Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage information: basic technical data (such as device and log data) needed to operate and secure the Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to build and deliver your personalized blueprint and recommendations, provide coaching and support, process payments, communicate with you, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Genetic and Health Data

Genetic and health data is sensitive, and we treat it that way. It is used solely to generate your blueprint and coaching materials, is never sold, and is not shared with third parties for advertising. We do not share your genetic data with employers or insurers. You may request deletion of your genetic and health data at any time (see “Your Rights”).

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under obligations to protect it—for example: Supabase (secure database and storage), Stripe (payments), Google Calendar (scheduling, if you book calls), and our report-rendering infrastructure. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record (including the date and time consent was given). We use this to send the messages you signed up for: appointment reminders, follow-ups, and, where you consented, marketing and informational texts.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information, mobile number, or consent with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with the SMS and messaging providers that deliver our texts (such as our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers), solely to send the messages you requested. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

Cookies and Tracking

We use only the cookies and basic technical data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service (such as session and log data). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell information collected through these technologies.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to what is necessary to deliver the Service.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information—including your genetic and health data—by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with applicable law.
