These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Human Growth Factor (“HGF,” “we,” “us”), including our website, assessments, blueprints, coaching, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Not Medical Advice
HGF provides educational and performance-coaching information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. Genetic, lab, and wellness insights are for informational and planning purposes and are not diagnostic. Always consult a licensed professional before making changes to your diet, supplementation, exercise, medication, or health regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something provided through the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service
HGF assesses inputs you provide—questionnaire responses, and optionally DNA and lab data—to produce a personalized blueprint, recommendations, and coaching. These deliverables are planning signals, not guarantees of any particular outcome. Results vary by individual, adherence, and factors outside our control.
Payments and Refunds
Paid offerings are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices and inclusions are described at the point of purchase. Because assessments and blueprints involve personalized work delivered to you, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis—contact us and we'll work with you in good faith.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Human Growth Factor. The program sends appointment reminders, coaching and account-related messages, and, where you consented, marketing and informational texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; you will receive a final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at humangrowthfactor@gmail.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
DNA and Health Data
If you choose to provide genetic or lab data, you authorize us to process it solely to deliver the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that any data you submit is your own or that you are authorized to submit it.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, use the Service lawfully, and not misuse, copy, or resell it. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its methodology, content, and software, is owned by HGF and protected by applicable law. Your blueprint and personal materials are for your individual use. You may not reproduce or distribute the Service without permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HGF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
